About the Role
As an Associate Visual Media Systems Specialist on the Visual Media Production team, you will contribute to delivering world-class content and innovate creative technology solutions for immersive experiences. This is an internal assignment reporting to the Visual Media Systems Manager.
What You Will Do
Smartsheet Development and Support
- Develop, customize, and optimize Smartsheet solutions to support workflow optimization and tracking.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Smartsheet functionalities, including formulas, automations, integrations, and user permissions.
- Design and implement Smartsheet dashboards and reporting tools for real-time tracking of project and financial data.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into efficient Smartsheet solutions.
- Provide one-on-one and group training sessions to ensure users are proficient with Smartsheet tools and workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Smartsheet-related inquiries, offering timely and effective technical support.
- Maintain documentation of Smartsheet configurations, workflows, and best practices for internal reference.
