The Executive Assistant is an administrative support role covering scheduling, expenses and other admin duties on an animated series production for the supervising producer and production leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars for supervising producer including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally
- Help manage production calendar including liaising with executives, talent and other assistants internally and externally
- Representing the show in a professional manner
- Supporting departmental projects as needed
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics, including payment, processing and confirmation of all transfers
- Preparing and submitting expense reports
- Liaising with IT in support of supervising producer
- Managing mail into and out of the office
- Assisting with other production duties as needed

The pay rate for this remote role is $22.31 to $31.25 per hour. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
