About the Role & Team

The Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for providing operational and cast member support impacting the virtual and physical workspace of the Disney Vacation Club Sales Channel.

If selected for the role, you will report to the Sales & Operations Project Manager.

This is a Full-Time role.

What You Will Do
  • Process hardware updates for onboarding, transfers, leaves of absence (LOAs), and separations.
  • Conduct regular hardware inventory audits to track and monitor devices.
  • Partner with Business Operations and Business Technology to provide guidance, information, and impact decisions to meet business needs.
  • Perform, coordinate, and implement User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system software releases, incident resolutions, and evaluate system and infrastructure solutions.
  • Communicate system issues, incidents, downtimes, software releases, and outages for DVC Sales & Operations to Tech Partners and DVC leadership.
  • Document, monitor, and analyze resolutions and improvements for interfacing DVC business systems.
  • Assist with computer setup, troubleshooting, and daily support for system and equipment issues.
  • Support special projects, develop training materials, and act as a DVC Systems SME for improvements, system replacements, and partner discussions.


Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 2 years of experience supporting operations applications.
  • Ability to move and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must have a valid FL Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Must be comfortable driving and maintaining various sizes of vehicles up to 15 passengers.
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Experience handling confidential information and effectively communicating incidents and resolutions to various levels of leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer systems and applications.
  • Passion for continuous improvement within information technology or project management from an operations perspective.
  • Technical skills to quickly learn systems, work independently, and collaborate in a diverse team.
  • Problem-solving abilities with an initiative to make decisions.
  • Comfortable communicating issues to management and peers.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and project management skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and additional assigned duties.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience in a System or Technical Support role.
  • Previous Experience with Walt Disney World Systems.
  • Troubleshooting Methodology (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Experience developing automated forms and workflows.


Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
