About the Role
The Disney Vacation Club is a vacation ownership program that allows our guests to enjoy various Disney experiences across the country for years to come.
This role is responsible for transporting guests around Walt Disney World property and to nearby Welcome Home Center locations. The key to success in this position is engaging with guests in a way that reduces any potential tension during transportation. Ensuring the safe operation of the vehicle and the safety of passengers is crucial. Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle throughout the shift is required to provide an exceptional ride experience.
As a DVC Guest Experience Coordinator, you will report directly to the Sales Support & Services Manager.
This is a full-time role that requires high levels of guest interaction and engagement. To be successful in this position, you must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to engage guests through storytelling and sharing general property information and Disney trivia.
Duties and Responsibilities
- You will offer our guests travel assistance to and from our Welcome Home Centers located throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.
- To succeed in this role, you need to have an extensive knowledge of the Disney Vacation Club membership and be able to learn exact locations and nuances of pick-up and drop-off locations in the WDW Parks and Resorts.

- You will immerse guests in their surroundings by providing information about our property and, if needed, provide basic guest recovery related to their vacation experience.
