About the Role & Team
The Brand Relations Associate Manager is responsible for partnering with Walt Disney Studios and Disney Games Group disciplines (production, creative, and marketing) in receiving, routing, and delivering brand feedback to ensure games are aligned with studio creative feedback and company guidelines.
This role is directly responsible for lower complexity projects and medium complexity live service / live operated titles. This person supports Brand Relations leads across all team projects as needed and assigned.
This function requires day-to-day interactions with the games team, creatives, marketing, and Walt Disney Studios. This role supports studios for Disney Games Group including Walt Disney Animation, Disney Live Action, Pixar, Parks, Disney Branded Television, 20th Century Studios, and 20th Television Animation.
This role may require onsite Disney studio visits at : Walt Disney Animation, Disney Main Lot, Pixar, WDI / Parks, and occasional visits with Disney Branded TV (DBT).
You will report to the Sr. Manager, Brand Relations.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do
- Leads low complexity projects from in-development to launch and leads medium complexity live service projects.
- Supports Brand Relations leads on medium complexity projects in-development.
- Manages brand reviews for assigned Disney Games titles, both global and regional, including console, mobile, online, and other platforms from creative concept, development, release & live service.
- Partners closely with the studio creative leads to learn and master character and IP integrity.
- Ensures that the Walt Disney Games team has the necessary studio support on each project, such as access to reference materials, story overviews, digital assets, etc.
- Provides brand support to Games production, marketing, and creative team members that balances the needs of the game and the authenticity of the TWDC Franchise’s characters and worlds.
- Responsible for managing internal creative asset repository.
- Manages requests for screenings, rollouts, and content presentations.
- Provides clear, detailed, and timely feedback to partners.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $85,800 to $115,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
