Job Summary:
Fine Dining Club 33 Bussers (non-tipped) create an exceptional dining experience by greeting Guests and anticipating their needs throughout their entire dining experience. They are welcoming and will interact with Guests in a positive and friendly manner while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Club 33 Bussers (non-tipped) will be bussing and running food to tables. They provide detailed description of menu items and must maintain professionalism in high pressure situations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant areas including kitchen, server, seating area, they will carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen, replace soiled table linens and set tables with silverware and glassware.Basic Qualifications:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Provide efficient and friendly service to all Guests
- Previous experience in hospitality or tourism related role
- Ability to multitask and work in a very fast paced environment
- Self-directed (can complete tasks with minimal supervision)
- Able to perform heavy lifting of pots, pans, and trays
- Understands principles of proper sanitation
- Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
This role is Part Time during non-peak, it requires availability including Friday evenings, full availability Saturday & Sunday, and weekday evenings for Special Events during nonpeak seasons.
Full availability is required during our peak periods, including Summer, Christmas, Spring Break, and Holiday Weekends
