This role requires a high degree of communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to creatively solve problems, troubleshoot issues, and constantly evolve workflows.
Job Summary
The Content Operations Associate is responsible for artwork and metadata package management including ordering, delivery, readiness and remediation for Disney and Hotstar. This role will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across Disney , Hotstar, and the broader Walt Disney Company, managing ordering, delivery planning, readiness checks, and delivery of Artwork & Metadata Packages. This role will report directly into the Manager, Distribution Ops – Artwork and Metadata Operations.
