- Work with a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- Collaborate closely with Studios engineering teams to ensure the application is deployed effectively.
- Ensure delivery of a stable, scalable, and reliable system.
- Mentor team members on technical and quality-related concepts to drive overall product quality.
- Lead by example through your technical contributions to bootstrap your team’s work.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers in a creative, open way to define acceptance criteria and development strategies.
- Use data to define metrics that provide visibility into product stability.
- Identify and drive improvements in engineering methodologies to ensure industry-leading system quality and team efficiency.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $184,300.00-$247,100.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
