Job Summary:
About the Role & Team
The Logistics Analyst will assist the Logistics Manager in pulling and using sensitive data, such as Park attendance, parking revenue, operating costs, and hotel occupancies, to create parking demand forecasts for Cast and Guest parking areas. You will pull and analyze data from multiple sources to help improve our decisions and build the right operational plans. You will also coordinate daily and special event plans, help plan which parking areas to operate, schedule Anaheim Police Department and Anaheim Traffic Management support, and create deployment plans for Guest and Cast shuttles. Also, you will be responsible for paying the invoices for our 3rd party shuttle services and auditing them to ensure accuracy.
This is an office-based, computer-use environment. On some occasions, work in the field will be necessary to support site walks, audits, and events.
You will report to the Logistics Manager.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do:
Order transportation for Cast and Guests lots, traffic control, traffic management, special event staffing, ordering vehicles, and lot equipment.
Analyze projected attendance to develop a daily plan with Anaheim Police Traffic Control support, and correct Cast & Guest transportation.
Help develop special event plans with team, Theme Park Special Events, Anaheim Convention Center large conventions, Cast Events, Hotels, construction projects, and City of Anaheim.
Data entry to include projected attendance, hotel data, city events, special events, actual attendance, actual parking, and invoices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience turning large data sources into usable information for decisions.
Experience using Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint, and Outlook, with knowledge of Tableau, and MS-SQL.
Experience managing in a union environment
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of experience in Data Analytics
Experience using Illustrator, Snowflake, and Power BI
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering

The hiring range for this position in California is $78,200.00-$104,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
Salary : $78,200 - $104,800
