Job Summary:
At Walt Disney Studios, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will play a critical role in assisting and supporting the Global Marketing Strategy team. As Coordinator on the Post-Theatrical Marketing Strategy team, working on film campaigns in the transactional In-Home and Disney and Hulu streaming windows for the Disney Animation, Pixar, Marvel, Disney Live Action, Lucas Film, 20th Century Studios and Searchlight brands, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining organized workflows and supporting various aspects of marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include managing essential documents, coordinating internal meetings and presentations, collaborating with various Marketing and Communication teams, contributing to special projects as well as assisting the team with day-to-day administrative responsibilities. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who excels in multitasking and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Organize workflows and support various aspects of the Post-Theatrical Marketing Campaigns across the Studio slate including supporting the team in scheduling cross functional meetings
Collect, organize and maintain key department and campaign documents including internal databases, weekly executive reports/highlights for review and title specific marketing calendars, and date trackers
Participate in team and campaign planning meetings by providing meeting prep for the Marketing Strategy team, and solicits agenda items from the cross-functional teams
Track and organize all information related to campaigns for post-theatrical releases; including strategy briefs, campaign one-sheet overviews, share out information updates and meeting re-caps to global stakeholders, screening planning and management, managing internal planning databases and campaign messaging and CTA trackers
Work closely with the team in assisting with managing creative approvals in internal systems, i.e. Zendesk
Manage title specific asset folders on shared server systems such as BOX
Maintain campaign highlights, overviews, strategies and key beats on internal systems i.e. RILEY
Contribute to special departmental projects and corporate initiatives as needed
Support VP and Director in calendar/ scheduling and day-to-day as needed
Job Requirements:
1 year of experience
Respond to tasks given with urgency, in both day-to-day and high- pressure situations
A real team player and someone who will represent the team in a cordial, professional manner when working with other teams, executives, and filmmakers, as well as business unit contacts and external partners
Detail oriented and organized in thinking and execution to maintain campaign databases and information
Have excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
Effectively problem solve using resources available, exercising good judgement and discretion
Proven proficiency with presentation building in both Keynote and PowerPoint and competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Google Workplace and Airtable
A multi-tasker who is comfortable with having many projects going at once
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $58,700.00 to $78,600.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
Salary : $58,700 - $78,600
