Job Description
We are seeking individuals to join our Food and Beverage team at one of our Disneyland Resort Hotels. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment, completing multiple tasks such as taking orders, operating a point-of-sale system, cash handling, and food preparation. You will also be answering questions, providing directions, and offering services to create a magical experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Take orders and operate a point-of-sale system (POS register)
- Cash handling, fulfilling orders, food preparation, bussing, general cleaning, and stocking items
- Keep inventory and prepare and serve an assortment of food and hot and cold beverages, espresso, and specialty beverages
Basic Qualifications
- You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this role
- 2 Years experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- 1 Year of experience as a barista or making specialty coffee beverages
- Knowledge and understanding of safety and sanitation guidelines, including temperature requirements
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Cash handling capabilities and ability to count back proper change
- Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with scheduling, including working early morning shifts on weekdays and weekends
Additional Information
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
