Job Summary:
Deliver exceptional Guest Service by administering professional facials, waxing services and body treatments. Possess thorough knowledge of the skin, facial massage and skin extraction techniques, and excellent cleanliness and sanitation practices.
Responsibilities:
- Administer various spa treatments including facials, waxing, and body treatments
- Utilize advanced knowledge of the skin and possess excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Provide excellent guest service and educate clients on services and products offered
- Handle difficult situations independently and effectively utilize service recovery methods
Requirements:
- Age 18 or older
- Current state Esthetician license (California)
- Previous experience in a spa or hotel environment
- Ability to handle sensitive situations independently
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Knowledgeable about The Disneyland Resort and surrounding area
Schedule Availability:
Casual Regular Cast Members are required to work Friday evenings, Saturday, Sunday, and all peak seasons, as well as holidays.
