Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Luxury Hotel Coffee Experience Manager at the Disneyland Resort. As a member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages.
Your primary responsibilities will include operating a point-of-sale system (POS register), taking orders, cash handling, fulfilling orders, food preparation, bussing, general cleaning, stocking items, keeping inventory and preparing and serving an assortment of food and hot and cold beverages, espresso and specialty beverages. You will also be required to answer questions, provide directions, event information, and other services to help create a magical experience for our Guests.
We are looking for candidates who are able to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
