Responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering and transferring incoming calls, opening, scanning, and disbursing the incoming mail, uploading and emailing out incoming faxes, and other miscellaneous projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients, visitors, and vendors as they come in the front door.
- Maintaining the lobby, conference rooms, and common areas in a clean and organized fashion.
- Serving water or coffee to guests.
- Answering and transferring incoming phone calls to the correct personnel.
- Signing for packages.
- Opening, organizing, scanning, uploading, and disbursing the organized mail on a daily basis.
- Opening, uploading, and emailing out faxes on a daily basis.
- Providing support to other office staff, the office manager, and attorneys.
- Sending out Social Security packets to new clients.
- Preparing new client Personal Injury packets.
- Keeping inventory on office supplies and materials.
- Applying postage to outgoing mail.
- Scanning files to our case management database.
- Closing out hard files.
- Running errands.
