About the Role :
We are seeking an Origination and Sales Manager, Regional and National Accounts to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Dispatch’s portfolio of solar, battery storage, and fuel cell projects by originating, negotiating, and closing power purchase and lease agreements with clients.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in establishing and managing relationships with commercial clients; an understanding of the commercial real estate and renewable energy fields, and a minimum two years of project origination experience.
Responsibilities :
- Origination Strategy : Generate and pursue filtered leads to allow Dispatch Energy to meet its business targets.
- Lead Development : Develop outreach strategy for the leads and attend virtual and in-person consultation appointments with prospective clients.
- Account Management : Assess clients’ goals and needs and develop proposals, present solutions, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Sales Execution : Present, explain, negotiate, and close power purchase and lease agreements with clients.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the finance and engineering teams to build and price different solution options in key markets.
- Leadership : This position may exercise supervisory responsibility over one or more employees within the Sales / Project department, as and when it expands.
