What You'll Do:
The Imaging Operations Specialist at DispatchHealth supports the imaging leadership team by performing critical administrative and clinical functions. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including document and patient records management, direct customer communication and support, general office management responsibilities, and assistance with various ongoing company initiatives and special projects.
What You'll Do:
- Provide ongoing, dedicated operational support to the local, regional and national imaging teams and key internal and external imaging customers and stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze performance and clinical information and generate a variety of performance reports and presentation materials.
- Collect, organize and manage records and compliance program documentation from all imaging markets to ensure readiness for all state and federal inspections and surveys.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day customer inquiries and provide timely assistance to online users of the imaging operating systems, including new online account set-ups, user login requests, systems navigation, medical records uploading, etc
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, leadership team, along with other internal stakeholders to streamline imaging processes.
- Provide office administrative duties at the central imaging office(s), including handling internal mail and inquiries; order office supplies, coordinate building maintenance and service calls with outside contractors and vendors, and serve as the main on-site contact for the building-owners and visitors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a healthcare emphasis and/or 5 years of relevant operational experience within a healthcare or diagnostic imaging environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficiency in the use of Electronic Medical Records Systems and workflow management systems using computerized systems and tools to manage and analyze data and records.
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to accurately follow procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to professionally communicate (written and oral) with employees, patients, medical providers, and customers.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to complete tasks within established timelines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be dependable, reliable and flexible.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
