This crucial role requires a dynamic individual with great customer service skills, as well as, dispatch and scheduling experience.
Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
- Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
- Create work orders
- Schedule and dispatch technicians, equipment and/or service vehicles to appropriate locations, according to customer requests.
- Monitor technicians locations using GPS to coordinate service and schedules.
- Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or service performed, charges, or any other dispatch information.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service and dispatching of technicians.
- Excellent computer and phone skills
- Highly organized with exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
- Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Must have ability to multi task and solve problems in order to meet customer's needs or issues.
- Must be reliable, flexible to work longer hours as needed
