Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and hardscape installation, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist in the installation of new landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely for various landscaping tasks.
- Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Participate in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- 2 years of previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely; training will be provided if necessary.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.

Pay: $19.29 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 55 per week
