Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in generating leads and strategic planning across all properties
Crafting of narratives and campaigns targeting the markets according to the audience, utilizing traditional channels, social media and leveraging digital marketing
Contribute to content creation for website, brochures, resident newsletters ensuring branding relevance
Identifying trends and market performance metrics, partnering and interacting with team members, upper management and clients to optimize and maximize performance
Time and budget management and organizational skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives
Skills and Qualifications:
Exercised project and personnel management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential for documenting
Exhibit discretion and flexibility
