Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Talent Advisor to join our team. This is a fully remote position based in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will have a base salary of $100,000 plus bonuses, along with an excellent benefits package that includes paid benefits, a 401(k) match, unlimited PTO and profit sharing.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for accounting and finance professionals on a contract basis.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate consultants to ensure they meet the job requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
