Office Administrator
Dissent Off-road is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling administrative tasks, customer service, and financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and able to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage procurement of office and manufacturing supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Process payroll and assist with HR-related duties.
- Utilize basic computer skills to maintain records and organize information.
- Work with QuickBooks and Google Suite.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with QuickBooks and Google Suite is a plus).
- Previous experience in office administration, payroll, or accounting is preferred.
- Automotive and off-roading knowledge is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Salary: $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
