ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?
As a Lead Concrete Coatings Installer, you will lead a team of 2-3 installers, applying a long-lasting coating to concrete. You are busy transforming plain surfaces into wonderfully finished spaces by grinding, cleaning & preparing surfaces. You then apply our coating system! You interact with clients and other team members with a friendly disposition and do whatever else is needed by the team. You feel accomplished from turning something boring into something beautiful that customers love. If you can do that and meet the requirements below, we'd love to have you on our installation team!

- 2-3 years of concrete coatings experience required
- 1-2 years of leadership experience required
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Medical card & trailer driving experience required
