Position Overview:
As an Employee Benefit Sales Representative, you will focus on securing new business by engaging with top-tier executives such as CEOs, Presidents, and Controllers. Your role involves crafting marketing strategies, executing sales and prospecting activities, and managing client accounts. Collaboration with team members and fostering partnerships will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
- Master the psychology of sales to effectively read people and situations.
- Engage in various prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and direct mail.
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal team members and external partners.
- Participate in and contribute to company meetings and client sessions.
- Uphold the company's mission and core values as a role model.
- Fulfill continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Open to candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong presentation abilities, comfortable with individuals and groups.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex information.
- Self-driven with a track record of managing multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus.

Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- The starting salary for newly hired commercial sales associates is $50,000, with the opportunity for immediate upside based on earned commissions. You can anticipate a first-year income of $75,000 if you follow our validation schedule, with the potential to exceed $100,000 after your third year.
