Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to business owners to introduce and discuss our commercial and group health insurance offerings.
- Engage in professional conversations to understand potential clients' insurance needs.
- Clearly and persuasively explain the features and benefits of our insurance products.
- Collect and accurately record client information and details of interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or follow-up calls for interested prospects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or insurance-related certifications are a plus.
