About the Position
Distillery is seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Director to drive our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account-Based Experience (ABX) initiatives while supporting a new partner channel strategy. As a key leader, you will shape the marketing team’s efforts to deepen relationships with strategic accounts and align closely with channel partners like Databricks to amplify business impact. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will oversee marketing strategy and execution, delivering measurable growth in brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy centered on ABM and ABX principles to build meaningful engagement with high-value accounts.
- Partner with the CRO and leadership team to integrate marketing efforts into Distillery’s partner channel strategy, including joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with partners like Databricks.
- Drive joint campaigns, events, and workshops with partners, aligning Distillery’s messaging and value propositions to enhance the partnership’s market impact.
- Establish clear KPIs to measure the success of account-based and partner-driven marketing efforts.
- Ensure marketing strategies complement and amplify partner GTM efforts, driving shared pipeline growth.
