What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Litigation Associate position at Distinct | North America?
A highly reputable mid-size Boston law firm seeks a commercial construction law associate with at least three (3) years of experience including drafting and negotiating AIA and other commercial construction and / or architectural contract documents, handling mechanics’ liens and surety bond claims, and litigating or arbitrating related disputes. General commercial litigation and / or land use dispute experience is desirable, but not necessary.
Must have strong oral / written communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine appetite / interest for business development and networking.
