Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on complex corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures.
- Work closely with private equity funds, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of corporate agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice and manage all aspects of corporate transactions from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a corporate lawyer with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Strong knowledge of private equity funds and financial institutions.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex projects.
