Qualified candidates must have strong experience in these areas:
- estate and trust administration (demonstrated knowledge of MA probate and trust law, including ability to handle routine probate administrations from start to finish)
- drafting and implementing sophisticated estate planning strategies, including estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning (including review/preparation of returns)
In addition to strong written and oral communication skills, candidates must possess the personality and drive to engage with clients and professional advisors.
An LLM is also preferred.
