3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Hands-on experience with depositions, motions, and trial preparation (trial experience is a plus).
Admission to the New Jersey and New York bars (must be in good standing).
Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to case management.
Responsibilities Will Include:
Handling a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters.
Drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, and taking/defending depositions.
Developing case strategies and working closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
