Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience in Corporate/Transactional practice
· Strong communication, technology, and organizational skills
· Excellent client interface capabilities
· Skilled drafting and writing ability
· Commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing and financing experience helpful
· Interest in growing a book of business
The ideal candidate will have experience working with closely-held and family businesses from start-up to exit phase and be comfortable working directly with business owners and management on governance, contract matters, strategic partnerships, recruitment and retention incentives for key executives and employees, private financings, and M&A transactions.
