You're joining a collaborative, progressive Regional CPA firm where you can work 100% remotely or on a hybrid basis from one of their Massachusetts or Rhode Island offices with core hours from 10 AM to 3 PM for flexibility. You'll be trusted to manage your workload and treated as an adult, without being burnt out. You'll have more time off over the summer to compensate for more hours over busy season; although these are capped at 60 with most people averaging 50-55 hours.
