- Qualifications & Skills :
- At least 7 years of experience in trust, estate, and gift tax planning within a public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of trust, estate, and gift tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Member in good standing with appropriate professional organizations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability to changing client needs and industry regulations.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Southwest Florida.
