About the role
This position is responsible for management of student records, student accountability documentation, and data integrity in compliance with and adherence to government and management directives and guidelines.
What you'll do
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise administrative, program auditing and student records systems activities of the department.
- Track and communicate On-board Strength (OBS) to managers and directors upon request.
- Protect student PII and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all student documents/information.
- Monitor the quality and accuracy of student records by ensuring forms are completed in a timely and accurate manner, data is input or posted to files, and associated reports are maintained.
- Ensure effective oversight and maintenance of data including student pay reports, student fines, allotments and uncollected pay. Update information and provide related reports to Finance & Administration as necessary.
- Serve as the point of contact for data integrity and accuracy policies.
- Respond to student and staff inquiries regarding student records.
- Provide technical assistance on student records as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
- Two years related experience
- Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
