Distinctive Dermatology is seeking an experienced and professional Practice
Administrator who will report to and work under the direction of the four physician
owners. This person is expected to provide strong leadership for the staff, supervision
of vendors, administration of practice business operations, financial tracking and
management, and active implementation of strategic practice initiatives as directed by
the physician owners. This person will rely on their business, finance and
operations management experience to proactively advise the physician on practice
management issues and to explore future strategic opportunities.

Salary is competitive and dependent upon experience and education.
JOB SUMMARY: This position works in concert with the physician partners in
overseeing administrative, financial, and developmental activities of
the practice.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Baccalaureate degree in business administration, health care administration, or
similar.
2. At least five years of hospital or medical practice management experience,
preferably within a physician practice.
3. Strong financial background with previous experience in physician office billing
systems, accounts payable, general ledger, tax reporting, and budgeting.
4. Demonstrable experience in personnel management and administration of
payroll systems.
5. In-depth knowledge of compliance, personnel law, workplace safety, and other
regulatory issues pertaining to group practice.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
