What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Surgical Scheduler position at Distinctive Dermatology?
Busy dermatologic surgery practice seeking part-time (15-25 hours weekly) surgical
scheduler. This individual is responsible for processing outside referrals from other
practices, assisting in chart preparation, and scheduling the patients for their surgical
procedures. The candidate would also coordinate cancellation/rescheduling, and place
reminder calls for scheduled patients. We are looking for someone with excellent
communication skills, who will work closely with the on-site physician and clinical surgical
team, and be able to seamlessly integrate into the larger dermatology practice team.
Starting salary will be aligned with experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
