Distinctive Door Designs (DDD) is a leading manufacturer of high-quality Cabinet Doors and Drawer Boxes based in Princeton, MN. With a team of approximately 35 employees, we take pride in delivering precision-crafted products to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position Overview:
Office Admin / CSR will be responsible for helping with order entry, job scheduling, customer service, and light office administration. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, accurate with numbers, tech-savvy, and a problem solver with a great attitude. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is comfortable working with data and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Entry & Job Scheduling:
- Accurately enter customer orders into our Orders database and ensure all details are correct.
- Schedule jobs efficiently, coordinating production timelines with internal teams.
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate any delays or changes.
Customer Service:
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding orders, lead times, and general inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Office Administration & Purchasing:
- Handle light office administrative tasks, including purchasing office supplies and maintaining office organization.
- Scan and file documents to keep records up to date.
- Assist with internal communications and scheduling as needed.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role (preferably in manufacturing).
- Strong computer skills, including experience with order management software, Microsoft Excel, and email communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Experience with job scheduling or working in a production environment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
