Job Description
Set up and stock all food stations with necessary supplies. Prepare all needed food items for service. Execute menu items properly with the help of kitchen staff. Ensure timely and high-quality food production. Maintain nutrition and sanitation regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years grill and saut experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required, culinary degree preferred. Clear understanding of menu items. Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, food items, equipment, etc. Ability to multitask in a high-volume kitchen.
