What are the responsibilities and job description for the Culinary Team Member position at Distinctive Hospitality Group?
At Distinctive Hospitality Group, we are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. As a Line Cook, you will be part of our talented culinary team, responsible for setting up and stocking all food stations with necessary supplies.
The ideal candidate for this position should have professional culinary experience, with a minimum 2 years grill and saut experience required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a culinary degree is preferred. You should also have a clear understanding of menu items and strong knowledge of various cooking methods, food items, equipment, etc.
In this role, you will prep all needed food items for service, work with the kitchen staff to properly execute menu items, and ensure that all food is made in a timely fashion and always in high quality. You will also certify that all nutrition and sanitation regulations are maintained.
