The Senior Sales Manager at Hilton Mystic is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales to lead the hotel's sales team to ensure the achievement of sales goals and revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to assist the team with sales growth and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
- Assist the DOS with managing and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and excellent customer service
- As requested by the DOS, prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role in the hotel industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Minimum 5 years in Hotel Sales Manager role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Competitive salary range of $70000 - $75000 per year
