What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Distinctive Interiors?
The Project Coordinator will manage the various parts of a project to ensure its success and serves as an essential role in effective project management. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the Project Manager and other members of management. They will assist Project Managers with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects.
The Project Coordinator can expect to handle several tasks that are specific to Distinctive Interiors.
❖ Monitor the daily progress of projects
❖ Provide detailed updates to project managers or other team members
❖ Ensure the team has the supplies and resources needed to complete their assigned project on time and within their budget limits
❖ Organize designs and client files for easy access
❖ Build and adjust labor quotes
❖ Plan meetings and organize project logistics
❖ Effectively build client relationships Qualifications & experience needed for the job Minimum requirement of a high diploma or GED Prefer 2-5 years in residential construction and remodel Key Competencies:
❖ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
❖ Excellent customer service and communication skills
❖ Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy
❖ Positive team player
❖ Able to work without supervision.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
