We are looking for a Call Center Representative! This position is fully remote, work from home, part time, hourly at $20-$25 per hour plus commissions for scheduled tours and move-ins!
The position is not required to give tours in communities. This is strictly a work from home position.
The Call Center Representative will act as a Senior Living Expert connecting future leads with Distinctive Living Community offerings.
The duties and responsibilities of the Call Representative include receiving incoming requests from future residents or their family members via email, text or call with urgency, securing two-way communication and ultimately scheduling a tour to visit a Distinctive Living community.
The position effectively conducts discovery of the future residents' personal, health, wellness and financial background to recommend personalized services and explain and demonstrate the benefits of residing in our community and receiving care.
The position will remain in close contact with the future residents or their family members throughout their buying cycle engaging them in continued discovery about Distinctive Living Communities and recommending solutions to their challenges.
The position assertively closes sales securing a deposit for a specific apartment and financial possession date. They will track and note all future resident communications in our Customer Relations Management software to be reviewed by management.
This position would be a perfect fit for a stay at home mom, retiree seeking additional income, or anyone interested in a work from home position to supplement income. It is part time, $20-$25 per hour, with a $50 commission per tour at communities, and a $300 commission on all move-ins!
Essential Functions
- Maintains a speed to lead timeline of less than 2 hours during office hours
- Contacts all leads and completes discovery in future resident personal, health, wellness and financial situations
- Acts as a Senior Living Expert providing informative knowledge and demonstrating the values and benefits of Distinctive Living communities
- Books tours and completes tour planning communication with community
- Asks for and receives deposits to reserve apartment homes
- Monitors community census reports and remains keenly aware of community needs and apartment availability
- Enters updated future resident information and status of the relationship into the customer relations management software
- Maintains long term contact with Future Resident and their family members as they move through the sales process
- Strategizes and makes recommendations on sales process velocity
- Reviews the CRM daily completing tasks that moves the sales process forward
- Effectively executes performance meeting established KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
- Maintains knowledge of competitors and how to best position our brands and services
- Explains the fee structure in the manner that will be most meaningful and that will clearly reflect the benefits of future residents' choices
- Explains the physical and financial assessment process and coordinates with team members to complete tasks
- Obtains necessary personal information and prepares standard, legal documents required for signature
- Reports to the Vice President of Sales, and works closely with the Regional Vice President of Sales, Director Sales and Marketing and Executive Director to strategize on lead conversion
- Prepares written reports and communicates the status of future resident interest, deposits, and move-ins per Distinctive Living community
- Maintains privacy and confidentiality of records, conditions and the information relating to residents, associate the community and Distinctive Living
- Other duties assigned by management
