Distinctive Living is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales (Senior Living) based in Franklin, Tennessee. This position is a road warrior! The position requires travel (via flight, driving, etc.) to Vermont, Ohio, Michigan, Tennessee, Alabama, and other states as assigned. At times you will be required to report to New Jersey and/or Florida for leadership meetings, trainings, and events, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the Regional Vice President of Sales will be responsible for Driving Performance for all assigned communities.
- Ability to utilize combined industry benchmarking information with a strong analytical capability to identify market trends and test alternative approaches that yield superior performance.
- Responsible for overseeing all sales training and developing content, processes, and procedures that align with the overall organization's strategy and performance objectives.
- Onboarding sales strategy for new hires and execute on-going sales training and development for the sales organization.
- Identify, facilitate, and implement best practices.
- Build an effective approach to overall sales talent measurements and opportunities including the talent and succession planning.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance objectives working in collaboration with Operations to establish a consistent reporting and accountability (KPIs)
- Optimize existing CRM-platform capabilities and development opportunities to help revenue generation.
- Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business or a field related to the position. Must have proven sales management experience and ability to manage staff. Minimum five years' experience in the Seniors Housing Industry in a supervisory role. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong teamwork skills and positive community relations skills. Excellent grammar and punctuation skills. Self-motivated and can work independently and make decisions. Utilizes time effectively to complete unfinished tasks within office organization. Able to work well under pressure, resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks, and follow through with ideas. Excellent organizational and time management skills, detail oriented. Pleasant, professional, and personable.
