Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to specifications.
- Ensure all products are assembled in a smoke-free environment.
- Pick up and drop off assembled products at Distinctivs Party’s Arden Hills, MN location (55112).
- Complete assemblies within the agreed-upon two-week timeframe.
- Ensure high-quality standards for all assembled products.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate any discrepancies in payment or completed work within the required timeframe.
Payment:
- Compensation is based on the number of pieces assembled per product category.
- You will be paid within 3 business days after completing each assignment. All work must be approved by the client to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Must have access to a smoke-free workspace for assembling products.
- Must have reliable transportation to pick up and drop off assembled products at our Arden Hills location.
- Independent contractor status: You are responsible for your own taxes and business-related expenses.
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pound boxes to and from your transportation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in assembly work is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 16 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Any required business licenses, permits, and certifications are the responsibility of the contractor.
Additional Information:
