Job Summary :
A Liquivida® Esthetician loves to make people look and feel their best through chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, and consultative product sales based on a client's skin condition and anti-aging goals. You will need to know exactly how to connect well with clients through a positive attitude and upbeat personality.
You also need to be able to render general medical aesthetic treatments and procedures to the clients, which shall consist of facials, PRP facials, peels, high frequency treatments, micro-needling, skin-tightening, and other aesthetic services that are or will be offered at LQV’s Wellness Center and MedSpa.
Expectations :
Consult with patients and recommend which facial will best meet their needsAccurate documentation and paperworkHave complete working knowledge of Point of Sales / EMR system (Zenoti)Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism while providing exceptional customer serviceProactively solicit clients for treatments and schedule them for an appointmentProcess all monetary transactions accurately using the Point of Sale systemAnswer the phone in a professional and knowledgeable manner to obtain appropriateinformation and to address the customers’ needs
Maintain facility : Help keep reception desk, retail, refreshment and surrounding areasin an orderly and clean appearance
Communicate and inform co-workers of any and all pertinent information throughout shift and at shift close.Assist as needed with storing equipment, product displays and preparing for special events.Assist with Facial Esthetics and Skin Care line inventory monitoring and purchasing.Maintain a high level of service knowledge. Understand all product ingredients andeffectively explain their benefits to clients.
Regularly attend meetings : daily communication, service, monthlyPerform all side work as assigned.Increase word-of-mouth in the local area by building relationships with neighboringbusinesses
Follow up with previous customers and secure future bookingsRecommend ideas for new marketing collateral to improve the in-store experienceSchedule and oversee any maintenance, utility set up or other contracting jobs for thelocation.
Adhere to all policies set forth by companySocial perceptiveness and situational awareness, especially in a luxury environmentState licensure to practice as a medical esthetician.Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines, industry trends & servicesDetail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.Esthetician Qualifications / Skills :

Pay : $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
