Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, managing tenant relations, and maximizing occupancy rates. Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage budgets for property expenses and oversee financial reporting.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work with contractors for repairs and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and tenant files using property management software such as OneSite.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
Skills
- Strong sales skills to effectively market properties and negotiate lease agreements.
- Proficient in contract management to ensure all agreements are executed properly.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities to build rapport with tenants.
- Outstanding customer service skills to address tenant needs promptly.
- Familiarity with facilities management principles to maintain property standards.
- Previous experience in property management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong administrative skills for managing office tasks and maintaining organized files.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
