We are seeking a skilled and dependable Hybrid Maintenance Technician to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives on variety and is comfortable with hybrid on-site responsibilities. The position is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems and fixtures to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and assist with minor building, painting, and alteration projects.
- Adjust, maintain, and repair both exterior and interior doors and locking systems.
- Inspect, test, and report on fire protection systems to ensure compliance and safety.
- Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities.
- Install and reconfigure office workstations; repair furniture and woodwork as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently and accurately.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to complete tasks independently and on time.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs as required by the job.
Preferred Qualities:
- Self-motivated and able to manage a part-time schedule with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance standards.
Work Environment:
