Warehouse Distribution Supervisor

Shift Options: Monday-Friday | Sunday-Wednesday (10-hour shifts) | Wednesday-Sunday (10-hour shifts)

Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Distribution Center Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is a pivotal leader within our fast-paced distribution environment. This role offers an opportunity to oversee a dynamic team and play a critical part in ensuring the efficient processing of orders, managing inventory, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 10-12 associates to achieve performance goals while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Partner with the Distribution Center Manager to develop and sustain a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Motivate and engage team members, ensuring high morale and addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee the accurate processing and shipping of 3,000-5,000 orders daily, as well as inbound receipt handling and inventory replenishment.
• Train team members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and track performance against established standards. Provide coaching and retraining when needed.
• Collaborate with fellow Supervisors and the Distribution Center Manager to refine and implement processes that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Build and maintain strong relationships across departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Serve as the client liaison for assigned accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing concerns proactively.
• Operational Reporting & Compliance:
• Analyze distribution center reports to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic changes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Act as TSA liaison, maintaining necessary certifications, training materials, and employee recertifications.
• Manage FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) requirements effectively.
• Warehouse Operations:
• Oversee the proper labeling and ticketing of shipments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in receiving deliveries, shipping containers, and operating forklifts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations, technologies, and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to evaluate operations and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Pay: $52,803.00 - $76,000.00 per year
