Job Summary:
Inventory Control and product organizer is responsible for managing and organizing products in the warehouse. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory counts, stocking shelves and overstock.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to reconcile discrepancies.
Labeling products, aisles and shelves.
Maintain organized items on shelves and aisles.
Work closely with the procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to align inventory levels.
Qualifications:
5 years or more of experience in warehouse, inventory, supply chain, and/or logistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Work Environment:
This role may require occasional lifting of heavy inventory items, frequent standing, and walking in a warehouse environment. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
