Responsibilities:
We currently service and sell wide format printing equipment, software and supplies in the United States, the Caribbean and throughout Latin America.

Responsibilities:
- Create purchase orders
- Review & maintain stock levels
- Review purchase orders against sales order acknowledgements and verify for any discrepancies
- Follow up with vendors for purchase order tracking orders
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
- Enter Vendor Bills
- Maintain vendor records
- Vendor Reconciliation
- 3 Way Matching Process
- Manage and update inventory pricing
- Assist in any other tasks assigned by Accounting Dept.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs
- Min. Associate’s degree preferred
- Willing to meet deadlines
- Computer Skills including Microsoft Office/365
- ERP/CRM knowledge preferred
