You will collaborate with a Mentor Agent and receive training to position you and your business for success. There are no financial investments required, and you will earn a base salary plus commissions throughout the program.
Agency Ownership: If you are prepared to manage your own business, you will receive training and ongoing support from your peers and the District Team, as well as generous bonuses (up to 300% in your first year) and commissions for up to three years. Proof of financial assets is necessary, though this requirement can be waived if you complete the Protégé program.

Requirements
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within the Insurance or Financial Services sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to foster relationships with clients
- Capacity to swiftly learn and comprehend various insurance products and their coverages
- Skilled in utilizing computer systems, including CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Must hold a valid Insurance License in the State of Oregon, or be open to obtaining one after offer is extended
- Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and a focus on achieving results
